This year is racing away quickly and I think for most of us, we’re not too sad to see it pass. The economy in many markets has had an upbeat tick, which we’re all grateful for but in other areas, including employment rates, it could be better. The goal for all companies and vendors is still to make more, sell more and enjoy more profits. In my specialty area of equipment financing and leasing, here’s how I can support you.

LEASE OR FINANCE YOUR NEW EQUIPMENT: you still have to keep up with technology, replace old equipment or add a new service or product and leasing your new gear is still the best way to protect your cash reserves and keep your monthly cash flow under control plus leasing still offers 100% financing. We offer standard 2-7 year terms and special terms for solar and LED projects out to 20 years.

OFFER LEASING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS: if you sell your product to other businesses then offering leasing as a payment option will absolutely help you increase sales, particularly in this economy. Lease financing will help eliminate the roadblocks your customers may have due to money or budget limitations. I am happy to support and establish a Vendor Program with a company in this category.

NEED OPERATING CASH: consider a Sale Lease-back, which uses your existing equipment as collateral for a brand new lease on it. The owner keeps their machine and only the title changes hands and they enter into a lease to buy it back. This transaction provides cash quickly when it’s most needed. If you don’t have equipment for a sale lease-back then you can take out a Merchant Loan based on either your bank balances or credit card transactions; this allows you to have cash within 7 days. A third option is Factoring; get working capital based on your accounts receivables. This works great with B level credit since it’s the credit rating of your client which is most important; again, another way to get fast cash.

If you have any questions, please contact me anytime. I would be happy to work with you and continue building your business to reach your goals.
